An impressive and large Belgian Black Marble.Louis XV Rococo fireplace mantel. The richly carved serpentine frieze is centred by a dramatic, scrolled floral cartouche, flanked by panelled spandrels and generous 'C' scrolled endblocks above scrolled angled, acanthus clad jambs. French, circa 1850
